• find one of your favorite t-shirt that fits you well
  
• Lay it flat and measure across the chest about 1 inch under the armhole
• Double that measurement and compare it with the Bust on the size selection menu.
• OR 
• measure your bust as shown below and compare to the Bust on the size selection menu
